Ed is a responsive and engaging banking and finance partner specialising in real estate finance and corporate banking with a particular focus on alternative lenders as well as clearing banks. He helps lender and corporate clients across a range of jurisdictions and has a wealth of experience in the development finance space for both private and public sector clients.

I was the Chair of the board of trustees for Positive View Foundation, a unique arts charity that supports the most deprived 16-25 year olds living on London's most challenging estates.

Ed advises both lenders and borrowers on a variety of national and cross-border leveraged finance, corporate banking, restructuring and real estate finance transactions, Ed's experience allows him to see both sides of the transaction in hand, predict issues before they arise and understand the commercial drivers behind the deal.Ed strives to develop close working relationships with his clients, whether large corporates from a range of industry sectors, clearing banks (both in the UK and abroad), funds or investment banks. He has a lot of experience in project managing international transactions and co-ordinating local counsel cross-border, and prides himself on providing an efficient and cost-effective solution for clients.Ed's experience allows him to negotiate and document the best possible position for his clients while ensuring that the transaction is workable in practice long after the dust has settled on the legal documents.
