I am a well experienced, energized, and proven leader who loves a challenge and thrives within change. I am a guy you can count on to juggle as many responsibilities as possible in order to successfully complete a project and make the team better.I love bringing new perspectives to situations and enjoy hearing ideas and thoughts that are different than my own as it helps bring a clearer perspective. People consider me a engaging leader that thinks outside the box and isn't afraid to blaze new trails should the task at hand deem it necessary. I believe that analytics has been and will continue to have drastic positive impacts on how industries and organizations go about making decisions and doing business.I have lead multiple projects (both remotely and on-site) that have brought substantial growth to many of the top Fortune 500 companies. I was responsible for hiring, developing, and implementing an entire sales & operations team for a new initiative at Ingram Micro. This initiative was so successful that it spun off new ventures that were similar in nature and absolutely revolutionized an entire 500 person sales department.On a more personal note; I am a family man and have no greater joy then when I am spending time with my wife and four children. And albeit I am not a good golfer, I do enjoy playing whenever I can. I also enjoy playing basketball with guys and have played guitar for the past 20 years.I work hard day in and day out at proving to my employers that they have made the right choice in adding me to their team. With integrity, leadership, and hard work there is no horizon that cannot be attained.
