- Responsible for leading the overall vision, strategy and execution of the Components & Document Imaging Business Unit- Managing profitable relationships with a dedicated customer segment- Lead field based and inside sales associates that carry around a billion dollar plus quota annually- Partner with various internal adjacent services teams as well as with external customers and vendor partners in order to identify opportunities to profitably grow the business consistent with business plans, goals and objectives- Develop, monitor and achieve all profit targets including revenue, margin, contribution margin and working capital while maintaining internal productivity targets (headcount, utilization, etc...)- Evaluate, build and revise sales coverage models optimizing revenue, margin and productivity- Drive new customer acquisition and acceleration processes achieving profit and productivity thresholds- Build and drive customer business and satisfaction plans (feedback processes - surveys, call monitoring)- Create, drive, and support overall e-commerce/ customer touch strategies with in customer base- Strategy engagement within customer base focusing on Professional, Cloud Based and ITAD service offerings- Serve as the subject matter expert relative to back office and shared service functions within the company including operations, logistics, information systems, e commerce, and Partner Shared Services- Identify and implement Business Process Improvement with the primary objective of reducing costs and increasing efficiency to assigned areas to meet the requirements of an evolving workflow process- Establish metrics to measure the impact of basic process improvements- Drive the portfolio of operational and business transformation projects, initiatives and strategic imperatives necessary to support the business and its ability to execute by implementing plans, analysis and roadmaps in support of business objectives

- Created, equipped, and lead a remote sales force to overachieving with sales goals and profit margins.- Implemented cloud and service offerings including custom ERP/CRM solutions, advanced analytic offerings, DRaaS/BaaS, along with a host of other unique security services.- Successfully implemented and managed the GSA program.- On boarded numerous new customers from a variety of verticals within numerous different industries.- Streamlined company operations leading documentation efforts to both update existing processes and created entirely new methodology.- Point person for introducing and implementing new vendor technologies within the organization including RSA, Webroot, SAS Analytics, Veeam, and Dell Software just to name a few.- Created and implemented a partner program including pricing models, webinar trainings, marketing strategies, and lead generation.

- Responsible for driving 25+ sales associates in hitting or overachieving on quarterly sales and profit goals across a variety of vendor lines.- Increased profitability landscapes for distribution, reseller partners, and vendors through creative sales incentives and strategic partnerships.- Created an entirely new and wonderfully successful sales team from the ground up with effective hiring, targeted training, and by quickly adapting to an ever-changing sales landscape in a high performance culture.- Created and implemented an easy to use yet incredibly accurate tool that allows sales managers to rate and evaluate their sales associates on tangible metrics.

- Effectivley led and significantly grew the RSA line at Ingram Micro.- Won President's Club award as a top sales person within the company.- Trained new associates to ensure their success as well as the team's success.- Proactivley engaged with various departments within Ingram Micro in order to strategize and drive sales.- Was a regular "sustitute manager" for the depaartment when other managers where out of the office.

- Targeted RSA vendor sales- Successfully interacted, participated, and engaged with a team of sales associates.- Closed sales and developed new accounts with relationship building skills.- Near perfect order entry and quoting across various lines of the RSA line-card.

Worked as a job counselor to the disabled by helping connect them with gainful employmnet by partnering with the various resources that specialized in this (i.e. VESID, Erie County Social Services)
