Responsibilities• Analysis and studies for the CEO, the CFO and the group management• Manage the program office/ project controlling of the group• Project work in several strategic and operational projects of the group (e.g. expansion into newmarkets)• Preparation of presentations for the group management, board of directors and third party• Keeping of the minutes of several different types of meetings• Discussion and sparring partner for the group management

Project work on different clients (mainly in the financial industry) and topics (post merger integration,business process reengineering, implementation of a CRM strategy, etc.)

Developing new strategies for privat banking for custormers in Switzerland and Austria.
