CurrentHalley@ is run by myself, Halley Firstenberg. It is a lifestyle brand that offers yoga (for children and adults) as well as barre and consulting through Beautycounter. I am an optimistic person who values education, beauty and the fun which drives decisions I make when it comes to work. I keep busy and with a family to care for it is a balancing act for sure and I wouldn't have it any other way. I love the variety in my work. Aside from teaching private and public yoga or barre lessons, I consult folks on how to live a clean lifestyle from their fingertips to their toes, while looking gorgeous doing it. The biggest part of my work is teaching yoga to educators, therapists, mothers, fathers, and pretty much anyone who loves yoga and mindfulness as much as I do and wants to or does work with children. The powerful practice is growing in schools and homes as a tool to help children self-regulate, focus and grow in confidence. When we tap into just how powerful this ancient practice actually is, we automatically want to share it. I work with schools, educators and yoga studios to do just that. I would like to make a difference in this world by exposing yoga and mindfulness to as many populations as possible. We all want to feel whole, feel seen and feel beautiful. And that is exactly what Halley& sets out to do.
