Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to build and maintain brand excellence for a wide range of design needs. • Creative Management: Trained 160+ marketers to create meaningful brand expressions from new templated assets and processes, using live and computer-based trainings and supporting documentation, to lessen need for creative production support from agencies. Managed creative review process for a high volume of creative work to ensure brand consistency. • GTM Creative Strategy: Defined creative go-to-market process for a company with 35+ products and an expanding portfolio. Supported creation of a product database and design system of branded illustrations, icons, photography and messaging, ensuring marketing assets are available company-wide before products launch.• Sales Support: Defined the visual expression of Toast’s RFPs and pitch decks for enterprise clients, which were used to secure partnerships with Marriott, Pepsi, Choice Hotels, McDonalds, Caribou Coffee, and Gordon Food Services.• Creative Operations: Launched a digital asset manager that houses 7,000+ assets and a suite of 200+ templated designs to increase efficiency and brand excellence. Established workflows to enable Toast’s international expansion into three new markets. • Creative Direction: Lead designer for Tier-1 projects such as the Restaurant Trends Report, Toast’s ESG report, third-generation hardware packaging, and eight net-new product launches.
