- Creative Management: Trained 160+ marketers to create meaningful brand expressions from new templated assets and processes, using live and computer-based trainings and supporting documentation, to lessen need for.
- GTM Creative Strategy: Defined creative go-to-market process for a company with 35+ products and an expanding portfolio. Supported creation of a product database and design system of branded illustrations, icons.
- Sales Support: Defined the visual expression of Toast’s RFPs and pitch decks for enterprise clients, which were used to secure partnerships with Marriott, Pepsi, Choice Hotels, McDonalds, Caribou Coffee, and Gordon.
- Creative Operations: Launched a digital asset manager that houses 7,000+ assets and a suite of 200+ templated designs to increase efficiency and brand excellence. Established workflows to enable Toast’s international.
- Creative Direction: Lead designer for Tier-1 projects such as the Restaurant Trends Report, Toast’s ESG report, third-generation hardware packaging, and eight net-new product launches.
