-Account Management; develop and maintain advertising and public relations campaigns daily for 15 nationwide accounts, from NHL and Collegiate Athletics to entertainment and automobile clients.-Successfully plan, present, and place specific media elements for each individual campaign. -Work with local and national media outlets to negotiate buys/ added value and place television, radio, print, outdoor, and online advertising in nine different markets.-Facilitate communication daily between clients, designers and the media.-Research media outlets in multiple markets using marketing research tools to devise successful, customized campaigns to reach individual client goals.-Provide copywriting for campaign collaterals; TV scripts, radio scripts, themes, taglines, press releases, media alerts and media strategies.-Produce spots and work directly with on-air talent and TV production houses; mix and edit radio spots using Adobe Audition.-Traffic all elements of each campaign in a timely manner to all media outlets, meeting deadlines accordingly.-Establish and maintain a positive relationship with all clients on a day to day basis.-Lead public relations outreach; develop strategies with multiple angles to reach specific target niche groups and track the received media exposure.-Use social media as an additional source to connect with the media and expand the company's social media presence.-Manage and submit a variety of automobile co-op for pre-approvals and client claims.
