- As a HRD in an IT service company which lists in NYSE with more than 15000 employees, I’m responsible to organization development, C&B, performance, and HR data center, and take key responsibilities in change management. - As a key member of corporate strategy planning team, implement Business Leadership Model(BLM) of IBM in whole company- Take charge of leadership management and development. In 2013-14, we redefined corporate culture, built cadre management system and leadership development system. The Management Quality Indicator (MQI) Program and HiPo Program was highly appreciated by CEO.- Implement the Executives Compensation and Performance Program in 2012 with Mercer, and the program was delivered successfully.- Built and implemented organizational performance management in company which linked KPI with business strategy and target.- Design and implement M&A process, and be the core member of key M&A or financing cases, for instance, JV with Huawei and company’s public to private transactions, handle HR-related issues.- Optimize the HR report, focus on analysis of HC planning and distribution, labor cost breakdown, attrition, and productivity.

- Responsible to build a high performed end-to-end talent supply chain to provide adequate qualified talents for the company, and the annual volume is more than 4000 new hiring.- As project manager, lead HR consulting project in 2009. Working with Mercer, we designed fundamental modules including position, C&B and performance systems and implemented them in more than 6000 employees the same year. This project was granted as the Best Project of company in 2009.- As a core member of IPO team, participate the whole process and lead HR Due Diligence.- Improve utilization rate of delivery department from 78% to 89%.- Speed up talent development circle and build a solid skill set database.- Spend a great effort in efficiency and effectiveness improvement of talent management base on IT system and data analysis.
