Currently, Garrett helps lead Houston’s largest full-service brokerage. He serves as the Director of Business Development and the Assistant Team Leader.Garrett started his real estate journey in 2013, as an Agent Services Administrator on the Keller Williams Memorial team. He was quickly able to earn promotions where he undertook roles such as the Technology Coordinator and Agent Development Coordinator. Garrett’s experience and specializations in technology and business development have allowed him to conduct trainings and offer consulting services to agents on their real estate business. Garrett’s focus on education has driven him to pursue opportunities to drive growth in his leadership roles. He earned his MBA in Sales Team Leadership & Business Development from University of Houston-Downtown. His education has allowed him to implement new sales methods, improve operations efficiency, and optimize profits while staying up to date on market trends. In addition, his background allows him to help develop agents’ careers while developing the staff member he oversees. As a professional he is dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to offering services tailored to the interests of his agent base.
