I traveled with the Blue Skies agronomy department to fruit farms producing mangoes, cocoa, coconuts, passionfruit and pineapple among other crops. I participated in farm inspections, fruit testing, and farmer education programs. This experience gave me a broader perspective of global farming methods, helped me develop a deeper cultural appreciation for West Africa and helped me hone my adaptability skills in my professional and personal life.
