Responsible for the strategic leadership and optimization of our corporate operations, consisting of 24 outpatient clinics across Minnesota. My role is pivotal in shaping and executing our growth and development strategy, and overseeing the successful delivery of outpatient mental health care. I work closely with our executive team, cross-functional department leaders and external partners to uphold industry standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and achieve critical milestones.. My focus is on driving growth while maintaining a clinician-centric employment model, expanding access to quality mental healthcare, fostering a culture of excellence, and making significant contributions to the advancement of our organization's mission to transform the culture of mental health.
