Owned by the WA Government, Water Corporation are the principal supplier of water, waste water and drainage services across the state.Working across Leadership Support, Organisational Development & Performance and Recruitment areas of HR, I work very closely with internal stakeholders up to general Manager level on a daily basis providing HR generalist advice pertaining to Organisational Structure and Design, Fair Work, Enterprise Agreement and other strategic HR matters.To date this has seen me work across the majority of the business including Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Procurement & Property and Operations, as well as Engaging HR colleagues and partnering with Internal Comms, IT and the Finance team to bring together successful project outcomes for organisational restructures. Other projects have involved creating training packages, on-boarding leaders and developing the Corporation's competency framework.
