Yet more studying, hard work and license exams to find out insurance sales really wasn't for me. You live, you learn.

Packaged and processed the mortgage loans, 8 layers of financing from the City, County, State as well as Federal for each of my homebuyers, secured a first position local lender who would work with IHA on such a complex project, set up the initial HOA for the neighborhood, and got all 13 families through the closing process and into their affordable homes. I also packaged mortgage loan applications for the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development's Disability Mortgage Loan Program as well as for the USDA-RD 502 mortgage loan program. I also helped low to moderate income people take charge of their finances, become debt free and build emergency savings funds. I helped people achieve their dreams of homeownership, those who never dared to dream they could be homeowners to begin with.
