Through my long experience of building scientific, commercial and large-scale software, I have achieved a solid understanding of the entire development process – from the first vague ideas to release. I am inspired and motivated by working with skilled people across disciplines, and with products over time to achieve great results. I strongly believe in agile principles and smooth workflows with quality in mind through the entire development cycle. A healthy work-life balance is also important to me, and in my spare time I like being with friends and family, pursuing different hobby projects and playing percussion in my local wind band.
