Experience at Sravni as a Data Engineer:◆ Implemented a CI/CD process to streamline SQL script management. This pipeline validates changes in SQL scripts, automatically deploys them to the production server, and logs error codes in the GitHub summary for easy tracking and troubleshooting. This process significantly enhanced the reliability and efficiency of code deployments.◆ Migrated data from Snowflake and an older Greenplum environment to a new Greenplum stack using Spark, PXF, JDBC, and Argo Workflow. This migration facilitated a more modern data infrastructure and improved data access and processing speeds.◆ Conducted refactoring and rewriting of legacy code, particularly for Python-based API integrations, to transition from the old project to the new environment.
