Led financial group through several unique billing structures and utilized Earned Value Management to drive my programs to successful delivery and optimal Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash.

Created and administered various standard and non-standard Lockheed Martin contracts, valued at $100M+. Contracts lead for Marine DDG Spares and CASS Spares programs. Recovered several hundred thousand dollars worth of un-invoiced contract actions for United Kingdom CATT program, previously believed to be unrecoverable through deep-dive investigation. Created the currently active master past performance database for Lockheed Martin STS/GTL, utilized by Business Development in past, present, and potential contract analysis.

Special projects included specific client and account analysis, billing and payment process improvement, and streamlining account record-keeping procedures.
