He has had many years in a variety of leadership roles, and is an experienced company director.Hal's UK company, 'Creative Learning Systems', is still running and providing systems to local government, charity and sports based organisations. Whilst Hal now lives in Manila, he remains closely involved in the UK businesses, frequently travelling between Manila and the UK.
