Both awards were double those of a prior arbitrator. - Assisted a railcar wheel manufacturer to achieve a settlement award of an additional 30% after being deadlocked for over a year prior to our involvement, through strategic leadership, thorough financial and other data analysis, and unique presentation of damages.- Directed consultant and expert team for one of the largest pork processors to achieve hundreds of millions of dollars related to a catastrophic loss due to fire, doubling the damages measured.
