  As a CPA, I work with executive teams, boards and outside partners in multiple industries to develop solutions to complex financial challenges, including due diligence, forensics, contractual disputes, restitution, damages, awards and plaintiff and defendant litigation. I build long-term trusted relationships based on expertise, research, listening and navigating different opinions and ideas to determine the best integrated strategies and execution plans across multiple stakeholders often in critical timelines and decision points.Managing teams of many sizes and building collaboration, expertise, communication skills, sophisticated work products and solutions that has benefitted owners, teams and clients..Representative Cases: - As an arbitrator for a private equity group, achieved two multi-million dollar settlements related to fire damages at a wood manufacturing portfolio company. Both awards were double those of a prior arbitrator. - Assisted a railcar wheel manufacturer to achieve a settlement award of an additional 30% after being deadlocked for over a year prior to our involvement, through strategic leadership, thorough financial and other data analysis, and unique presentation of damages.- Directed consultant and expert team for one of the largest pork processors to achieve hundreds of millions of dollars related to a catastrophic loss due to fire, doubling the damages measured.
