I am a planner. I like to do a job and get it done and right. I have experience in running a website. I also have experience in retail. All my work experience in is retail. I have worked for one company. I am loyal. I tend to do the job quickly, efficiently, and correctly. I also have experience in supervising, but no job title was ever giving to me for it. I know how to train people to do the job they are coming into. I did many jobs in the last company, but I was only considered as an in stock associate. It wasn't that I didn't deserve the position. I was just too good at all the menial labor that my old company needed people for. I was the one chosen to do most major product placement projects. I loved my old job. I want to be recognized for the work I do. I want to be able to move up in a company because they think I am good enough to move forward and have others learn how I got done what I have done. I am a hard worker. I have great work ethics. I have much to offer a company that wants me. I love retail. I enjoy helping my customers find what they are looking for. I enjoy being proud of the company I work. Customer service is an important part of my job quality, I like to help my customers that need help when they come to the company. I am one of the employees that like to make their company look good. If the employee doesn't look good then the company doesn't look good. I am one of those employees that enjoys making the store look good by planning and setting the products that the company offers in a way to catch the customers eye. I also like helping other employees with working with others and offering to help them when they need the help. I can also share my knowledge on what I know in my experience in retail. I enjoy teaching others what I know. I may not have the education others have, but I have the experience in the years I have worked in retail. I gained my knowledge by doing it not by reading about it.
