We are ISO accredited and on our journey to becoming BCorp certified.⏰ I have over 13 years of experience across large-scale technical production in the sporting, music, festival, conference, exhibition, fashion, product launches and experiential sectors on a global scale.🖥 Specialising in delivering across multiple briefs simultaneously and management of multiple teams supporting account directors with budgets and pitches. ♻️ Sustainability is very close to my heart with the events industry needing to play a big part in decarbonising the economy. It is a complex sector as it involves multiple actors (event producers, suppliers, venues and of course the consumer). Juggling all these stakeholders only makes working in a creative industry more interesting. Because of this, I am keen to explore being onboarded to any council/board of associations with sustainability a key agenda to the forefront of their thinking. 📝 There is a huge skill shortage across the industry, with a noticeable decline in quality freelances with transferable skill sets. Universities have seen a 25% decrease in intakes for production related courses and a career in our industry isn’t seen as a viable one by parents and teachers. There is also a lack of diversity in the industry. I am keen to explore any collaborative/mentorship programmes to help these problems.
