- Lead on the development and implementation of the college's Training and Learning Strategy.- Participate in the strategic management.- Oversee the development, management and regular review of the college's training programs.- Be responsible for admissions to the college's programs.- Overall responsibility for the scheduling of college classes and students registration in consultation with departments.- Be responsible for all aspects of the assurance of quality within the college, in accordance with the college's Quality Assurance Framework, and for the external accreditation.- Foster teaching collaboration with the other colleges.- Advise the college on teaching and learning infrastructure and equipment requirements.- Represent the college at student recruitment activities and events.- Deputies for the Dean, internally and externally, on teaching and learning issues.- Represent the college on relevant committees.- Oversee the delivery of the college's undergraduate training programs.- Follow and promote College policies, including equal opportunities policies.- Maintain and promote an awareness and observation of fire and health and safety regulations.- Carry out any other duties commensurate with the grade, purpose and spirit of the position.

- Plan, execute, and oversee training inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables- Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.- Investigate reports of training quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.- Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of training complaints- Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and training supervisors.- Provide training and support to quality assurance team members that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processes

- Coordinating with other supervisors to ensure tasks are completed on time- Leading and managing a team of workers in English Language department.- Training new employees on company policies, procedures, and equipment so they can perform their jobs effectively- Monitoring employee attendance and work performance to ensure goals are being met- Evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and offering performance improvement plans when needed- Working with management to develop a departmental budget and monitor expenditures to ensure that goals are being met- Developing and implementing new policies and procedures based on feedback from employees or management- Reviewing applications for employment and conducting interviews to hire new employees- Meeting with managers from other departments to discuss interdepartmental projects

- Teach and supervise students using lectures, demonstrations, discussion groups, laboratory workshop sessions, seminars, case studies, field assignments and independent or group projects.- Develop curriculum and prepare teaching materials and course outlines.- Prepare, administer and mark tests and papers to evaluate students' progress.- Provide consultation services to government, business or other organizations.- Provide individual tutorial or remedial instruction to students who require it.- Supervise independent or group projects, field placements, laboratory work or hands-on training.- Supervise teaching assistants.
