As an adventurous student studying accounting and international business in the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, I have always been passionate about achieving outcomes and seeking growth. Ever since I began studying Chinese in high school, I envisioned myself working abroad and working in a multicultural environment. I thrive on exploring new possibilities and challenging myself to reach new heights, both personally and professionally. Throughout my career, my experiences as Secretary in the Chinese Business Association and as an intern at EverLab360 have allowed me to hone my skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, and collaboration. Whether working independently or as part of a team, I am always focused on achieving outcomes that exceed expectations. As a growth-oriented individual, I am committed to continuous learning and development. I embrace change and am always seeking new ways to innovate and improve processes. Despite being in stressful environments like working in the customer service industry, I adapt and learn quickly. During my summers abroad in 2022 and 2024, I experienced cultural differences and developed my interpersonal skills while studying Chinese in Singapore and Taiwan. My time abroad helped me form relationships with people of different nationalities and cultures. Furthermore, my adventuresome spirit always leads me to take risks by trying out different foods and activities.
