I am an educator and technical expert who aims to boost the skills, confidence and knowledge of others through a variety of mediums, which include books, of which I have written more than a dozen, e-learning courses and online video, conference and user group talks, and group and one-to-one learning.I have consulted to multi-national companies, and spoken at two International Microsoft conferences. I am a six-time recipient of Microsoft's Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award. This recognises technical expertise for a limited number of ICT professionals worldwide, who aid users, businesses and online communities in using, troubleshooting and maximising productivity with Microsoft products.I work closely with groups and organisations from small local charities to multi-national publishers, and Microsoft, to provide support, high quality advice and information, and education to people both in the UK and around the world.I am the proud author of "The Windows 10 Accessibility Handbook". This is the only book on the market for helping people with visual, auditory, motor and cognitive needs get the very best out of their PCs. The book extends to providing support for people who are elderly, have colour-blindness or dyslexia, repetitive strain injury, and also includes advice for computer use for young children.
