My work experience has ranged from my almost 11 years at my first, and so far only, job with Environment Control of Phoenix. Working here, I have seen and been involved with nearly every department, including my main focus of Operations and even other positions such as Sales and more. At that time I had begun, I had worked from cleaning 2-3 accounts at night on my own to progressing through the ranks and managing around 60 employees and about 115 accounts for EC. Due to my job trajectory, I had eventually moved into a niche position with a heavy focus on Client Relations, Retention and Growth, which is where my strengths lie and where I work currently. I have experience working with or for each department of EC which has been invaluable in teaching me a full range of skills in business development and management. I have learned many things here, and have been shaped by each of my interactions with the department heads and staff of each branch of EC. This job has shown me an incredibly diverse range of clientele which has given me bits of experience in a huge pool of people and pathways of life. I take great pride in what I have done to get myself to the point I am and will be in the future, and I am always looking to improve in everything I do.
