Through streamlined processing, Financial Health increased recovered revenue by more than 200% while enhancing patient satisfaction with their overall experience with our provider clients.

He furthered the development of specialized healthcare receivables management, offering providers Medicaid eligibility and enrollment services for their patients and self-pay billing collections.

Managing partner of Hayt, Hayt, and Landau National Capitol office when it was the largest collection creditors’ rights law firm in the U.S. His milestone accomplishment includes instituting the Medicaid eligibility program in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. During this time, Hal was a strategic partner of the Virginia Hospital Association to help Virginia hospitals increase access to Medicaid funds. While a strategic partner, he represented over 65 Virginia hospitals in this effort. In addition, Hal served as of counsel to the Commonwealth of Virginia Attorney General for the enforcement of state claims against non-resident citizens and corporations. The National Capitol office spearheaded the law firm’s representation of 19 states/private guarantee student loan agencies.
