Throughout his career, Hal has worked closely with firm leaders and board members to support exceptional performance and continued growth of shareholder value. As Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Trusted Advisor for three AMLAW 100, mid-sized and boutique firms, Hal served as an ex-officio member of the Executive Committee and worked closely with the Chair and other Executive Committee members to develop and implement strategic plans. Hal is a licensed CPA with an additional certification in technology (CITP) and global management accounting (CGMA). Hal earned a MBA from St. Johns University, with a concentration in Management Information Systems and completed the Harvard Law School Leadership in Law Firms Program and M.I.T.'s Artificial Intelligence certificate program. Hal has also participated in Price Waterhouse Coopers/HSBC co-sponsored legal industry panel presentations.
