• Collaboration with other departments on the implementation of solutions related to problem solving activities• Leading of investigation activities related to corrective actions including root cause analysis of significant production process and product conformity trends• Conducting of root cause/failure analysis and propose solutions to improve the quality of the product• Initiation of preventive actions to improve process / product quality in accordance with company's procedures• Provides RCCA (Root Cause, Corrective Action) for customer complaints• Key role in customer and Authority audits, quality system audits, process product audits and effective corrective action closure• Development and maintenance of Quality Management Plans which translates customer quality needs in company procedures• Create, review and update company Quality Manuals and other specific documents in compliance with customer and/or other statutory/regulatory requirements related to the product• Coordination of appropriate actions in order to prevent nonconforming products• Leading and participating 5S, Kaizen activities

Auditing the cars from customer’s perspective (Customer Audit), investigating the problems that are found in Customer Audit, preparing and presenting the audit reports and ensuring the taking countermeasures against the problems that are found in Customer Audit.Investigating the after sales problems,informing the related departments and ensuring the corrective actions' implentation.Organizing the durability tests of cars,investigating root cause of nonconformities that occur during the durability tests and taking corrective actions to prevent recurrence of nonconformities.Following the purchasing activities of Quality Assurance department, submitting purchase orders into SAP system and cooperating with purchasing department.Reviewing suggetions' feasibilities and grading them

Managing automatic press lines (between 800 tons to 2000 tons) and blue collarsFollowing the production performance. (OE,OEE,SPH,GSPH)Implementing improvements to increase the performance of production linesTaking corrective actions against the problems that occur during production.Decreasing the poor quality costs (scrap,rework,etc.) Checking the feasiblity of new equipment/machine investments.Implementing new projects into mass-production.Planning the maintanance activities of Production lines.
