Increased advisory revenues from 5% to 12% of total Private Client revenues, and grew broker penetration to 82% from 60% in less than two years. Successfully raised net new assets of more than $1.5 billion in 2001 and $500mm in 2002, while the firm reduced number of brokers by more than 40%.
