Timemoto is a web-based SaaS and mobile app streamlining workforce management, offering various features such as clock-in/out, scheduling, reporting, attendance and absence management, and integration with time clock devices.⦁ Starting as the sole QA on a project, processes were established, and a quality pyramid was built with a strong foundation of unit tests, followed by integration and system tests, focusing on lower-level testing for maximum efficiency.⦁ I set up test automation where applicable from scratch, achieving 80% UI coverage with Cypress, 100% API integration coverage with Postman, and covering the most critical flows for Android and iOS apps with WebdriverIO and Appium. ⦁ Test automation, together with test Azure Pipelines for regression, enabled stable and timely bi-weekly releases. ⦁ Worked with developers, PO, and designers to understand the business needs and identify the quality requirements.⦁ Obtained growth into the QA lead position and built a solid QA team for manual and automation testing.⦁ Successfully led cross-departmental and dev team training, pioneering product quality focusing on testing culture and best practices, aiming to deliver an exceptional customer experience of new and existing products and reduce rework.
