1. Consulting and controlling FATCA activity in the bank. Bank is the participant of FATCA.2. Providing the observance by the bank and its employees of the requirements of the banking legislation and internal compliance standards of the Group in compliance area: - creating/performance and implementing of internal procedures such as Conflict of Interests Regulation, Code of Ethics, Chinese Wall Regulation, Bank Secrecy Regulation, Personal Data Protection and other standards of the Group in Compliance.- preventing the possibility of existence of risk of conflict of interests or insider trading;- reviewing and approving all internal procedures and regulations in the Bank for its effectiveness and fullness, adequacy of methods, timeliness and validity of measures taken, and also provides compliance recommendations based on the results of this analysis;- providing e-learning courses to all Bank’s employees about conflict of interests, Code of Ethics and insider training.- providing consultations and explanations to bank’s units and top management on the items of practical applying of present Bank legislation, internal policies as well as compliance standards of the Group.- keeping the register of persons, who have access to the insider information;- reputational risk management.3. Keeping on daily basis the register of related with the Bank parties an accordance to the Resolution of National Bank of Ukraine # 315, and providing on monthly basis the appropriate report the National Bank of Ukraine;Approving concluding deals with related with the Bank parties4. Performing the management of personal data protection in the Bank and providing control over the observance by the Bank of the legislation of the personal data protection. 5. Preparing and providing the answers for the requests of the authorities on personal data issues. 6. Conducting the compliance audits in the Bank.7. Preparing quarter/yearly compliance activity reports to the parent Bank.

Duties: 1. Legal support of company's service station: - analysis and work with contracts, which are required to open company's stations for automobiles "SUZUKI" and "MAZDA": - agreements for software development; equipment supply contracts, contracts for sewing and supplying the clothes for employees of service stations; supply contracts for tools, car's spear parts for stations' clients, paints for cars and etc.; - agreements with insurance companies concerning the service maintenance cars); - new drafts of agreements with the clients for providing services on service stations (draft of contract for car service maintenance, supplying contract, bilingual (English-Ukrainian) for service maintenance, repair, for spear parts order, for service maintenance on the stations with post pay, etc.); - legal support of the stations in cases when the clients complain for the quality of the service maintenance of these stations (reviewing the complaints in part of the correctness of filling them and the legal grounds of such complaints about the employees' work of the service maintenance, resolving disputable situations); - analysis and work with the primary documents for work with clients on the service the maintenance "SUZUKI" and "MAZDA" (analysis the form order, act of the work, etc.); - analysis and the work with the agreements about the advertising campaign for service maintenance of the "SUZUKI" and "MAZDA" (contracts about the advertising services on the Radio, external advertising and the SMS-informing clients); - drawing up of minutes of the General Shareholders Meetings; - legal support daily work of these service stations.2.Legal support of JSC "AutoInternational Metropolis" activity.3. Legal support of the patronage of the Ukrainian Olympic Sportsmen on the XXX Olympic Games in London (drawing up the charter of fund, all kinds of agreements with sponsors and sportsmen (food, trainings, clothes, presents, advertising, etc.).

Organization and full legal support of the entire group of companies, drafting of legal opinions on current issues relating to the all companies.Experience with the registration of legal entities, private entrepreneurs, and the registration of changes in statutory documents. Preparing and supporting on signing the powers of attorney. Work with contracts: - Preparation of contracts (sale, delivery, lease, various labor (and related) contract; rent, purchase and sale of real estate); - Legal examination of contracts and their implications; - Approval of any change; - Drawing up a list of disagreements. Legal support of companies in reorganization (transformation): - Registration of legal entity; - Changing the name of the companies (limited liability or additional liability companies) in accordance to the registration law; - Preparing all necessary documents, organizing and holding general meetings of shareholders and general meeting of members of the appropriate company; - Registration of the securities issues; - Supporting the company's activities and internal and statutory documents in compliance with the Law of Ukraine "About Joint Stock Companies".

Worked as legal adviser. Main duties: advising, drafting statements of claims (civil, family, banking, business, housing, labor, land and others directions of cases), appeal and cassation complaints and other documents necessary for the process, legal support and representation of individuals and legal entities in the authorities, legal assistance at the execution of the judgment, written complaints to the executive bodies and other government agencies, providing written legal analysis of legal documents, settlement disputes in pre-trial order, writing attorneys’ requests to legal entities, institutions, organizations and state authorities.

The list of duties: counseling clients on different legal matters; drafting statements of claim, appeals and other legal documents; representing individuals in courts and in the state executive bodies, including written claims to executive bodies; drafting statements and appeals to other state authorities and institutions; analyzing contracts.

Duties: recovering the debts from customers in court, representing the company in executive authorities, written claims to executive organs, and other institutions, organizations and government agencies; processing the information received, making it into the database, preparing responses to the treatment of citizens.

Assistant of legal adviser. Responsibilities: analyzing of following effective legislation and other recommendations of the supervisory bodies and international standards by enterprises of all forms of ownership; preparing legal conclusions for speeches at meetings and conferences with the participation of the State authorities; drafting appeals to the deputies of Ukraine, law enforcing bodies and other State institution; drafting ecological inquiries and other documents for the protection of all interests of citizen.
