- Resuming importation process into Ukraine by processing initial shipment after 24th of February 2022 using new logistic scheme (transition from air freight to road freight);- Acting as auditor and providing correct and precise evaluation during new vendor onboarding;- Discover legislation requirements for importation of humanitarian aid under Martial law;- Proceeding with up to 100 Clinical Trial Materials import and export shipments per month;- First point of contact for advice on import/export activity for the company;- Preparation and evaluation of the documentation set required for Customs clearance; - Interaction with brokers;- Creating and maintaining database including: RA requirements for providing Clinical Trial logistic service, Patient Centricity service, Direct-to-patient service, Comparator Sourcing and others. Design content of database, by making it user-friendly, comprehensive and working for sale and project management needs ensuring that the information delivered to client up-to-date, correct and sufficient. - Analyzing of CTM import requirements to USA, Canada, Australia, China before company`s start-up.
