The goal of the project is to provide comfortable guidance services for the car driver during the trip. For this purpose software collects and analyzes information from other sub-systems like: Map data, Routing, Traffic load, etc. Using these data system provides the following major features and services: - Precise matching of the current car position to the road using GPS receiver along with other different car sensors.- Voice guidance on the route using configurable Warner Engine. - Turn by turn navigation that includes: lane assistance, dynamic route guidance, route information based on car position (ETA, distance to maneuvers, stopover destination, etc.).- Visual features, e.g.: 3D Junctions view, signposts, maneuver arrows.- Predictive Street Data - the protocol which goal is to predict the possible paths the vehicle may travel along. The project is cross-platform one with car’s head-unit as a target platform. My duties covers next areas:- Taken active part in project signing process.- Provided project analysis.- Communicated with the customer to define project objectives.- Evaluated resources and designed schedule.- Provided estimation and planning. - Planned and scheduled the project timelines. - Setup and tracking project’s milestones. - Supervised all stages of software development. - Managed internal and external communication.- Improvement evaluation process for team members, creating developing plan.

The goal of the project was to develop and bring to the market a unique Fitness and nutrition platform to align three different modules together: Sport, Nutritiom, and Studio/ Gym management. This idea does not exist in the fitness sector on the European market yet. All existing solutions provide only simple CRM and planning features. The management module of the system would provide complete task management for Fitness clubs, starting with crew scheduling and going on to Sales support, accounting, customer scheduling, access control system, and various benchmarks. As for the sports module, it would include a unique planning and review process on the basis of bio-electrical impedence analysis and Spiro results also used for the Nutrition tool. The project’s goals were: development of state-of-the-art system for credit risks management (web based system for a corporate usage) allowing counterparties and contracts management; integration with other systems through reliable ETL (extract-transform-load) process; configurable risk calculations routines; engine for business workflows and calculations customization; flexible reporting on financial risks at all hierarchical levels and for all risk types; full text search for the uploaded documents; fast response times; great user experience. The project aim was to enhance the existing Homecare application with ability to track and review all changes related to patient’s clinical data (like medication, problems, diagnosis, and more) and patient’s assigned insurance.
