- Payment Support from front end systems like CRM (Siebel), Sadad or banks to back end systems such as Billing, network and Credit Control to make sure the follow/process are fine and raise/solve all the incorrect scenarios.- Manage credit limit or high usage for the customers and generate bussness reports.- Design & develop some tools to speed up the reconcile payments transaction process using JAVA, JDBC.- Design & develop internal web site to fix hang transactions for service order/request or update customer information or put messages to remote Queue managers using JSP, JAVA, HTML, TELNET.- Install WebSphere MQ on SUN, AIX and Windows platforms, MQ configurations, define queue managers and queues, Join to MQ cluster, and fix the MQ problems with MB and JAVA services.- Develop Sorting Invoices program to extract data form XML files that generate by Billing System and sorted by certain keys depend on the business requirements and provide to printing shop department.
