• Leads a team of HR Professionals to provide operational HR services to the whole Company; in coordination with the Planning & Policy team, ensures that HR policies and procedures are applied accurately and consistently; Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems• Manage the monthly payroll of the Company; ensures that accurate payroll is run on timely manner.• Performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefits information to employees.• Ensures immigration assistance to all employees, secondees, and guests of the Company; ensures that the immigration team arranges RPs and other visas, as required; ensures that all employees and secondees get necessary assistance whenever there is a need for any support for issues related with Government Departments within the State of Qatar.• Develop several monthly reports such as: pension contribution of Qatari Nationals, probationary reports, employee contracts status, etc..• Ensures that all HR Department staff gets necessary HRIS support; coordinates with the HRIS team to ensure that the HR database is maintained and up-to-date at all times.• Ensures total support to the Qatarization process; helps develop Qatari nationals within the team and makes every effort to identify suitable Qatari candidates for recruitment and development for all positions in the section.

 Develop, deliver and maintain business focused employee relations procedures. Contribute with HR Policy to establish Employee Relation standards  Manage Disciplinary, grievances and compassionate related issues Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on issues related to employee medical conditions and/or work related conflicts Identify and implement positive employee relations programmes, in consultation with relevant stakeholder groups, that will lead to a more efficient and motivated workforce Develop programmes to promote employee retention Follow up on issues emerging from employees’ satisfaction surveys and exit interviews for capturing employee inputs Gather information on employees’ feelings about factors that affect employee’s morale, motivation, and efficiency

• To perform variety of HR Admin duties which require a range of skills and a comprehensive knowledge of the Company’s HR policies and procedures; compensation and benefits• Assisting employees with all kinds of HR queries and help resolve HR administrative issues• Ensures that all actions are performed with proper authorization and documentation is maintained as required by the Company’s recordkeeping policy• Participates in HR Admin Projects and mentoring/coaching of staff members in the HR Admin
