My key responsibilities are: Devise financial services strategy for channel in region keeping in view the future ambitions Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase “Growth” channel, business and revenue Identify, measure, monitor and mitigate risks in the implementation and execution of branchless banking business in distribution channels Cash management of channels and cash distribution in channels and assisting the team for maintaining their balance in Mobile Wallet & physical cash. Review financial services business and where necessary facilitate the franchises and sales teams in improving the financial services business of channel Develop Market Insights Regular analysis of Commissions and investment
