Beyaz Kağıt founded in Adana Organized Industrial Zone is a production plant on total 56.000 m2 area of which 40.000 m2 is indoor. The factory produces detergent,detergent powder (matic-manuel), liquid detergent, softener,anti-lime scale, liquid and gel detergents for dishwashing, bleach,multi purposal cleaners, liquid soap, air cleaner ,shampoo, cosmetic products and also raw material production facility. In addition to all the export processes of these products to the Middle East market, I worked as a sales and marketing specialist.

If I summarize my work in the position of Production Manager of Işıltı Plastic Factory which is operating on an area of 7000 m2; I manage the manufacturing processes of blow molding, injection, Rotation, Plastisol and Metal parts of Urban Furniture and playgrounds of spare parts products. 11 tons of LLDPE (polyethylene) Rotation products were produced monthly before taking over. my monthly production increased to 20 tons after my improvement, this means an annual turnover of TL 1.5 trillion TL. Improvement parameters made; 1)Leaving mold (sheet and aluminum) changes to night shift, 2)To train qualified personnel, 3)Avoid frequent mold changes during the day 4)To make planned production by preparing daily main production program 5)To reduce product cooking times and temperature settings in the machine settings of the Rotational Molding machine depending on the heat transfer formulas 6)Activate all the arms of the Rotational Molding machine and mold planning can be listed as improvements. Due to the good mechanical orientation, 3D drawing of a new Rotational Molding machineis done by me. Protective and maintenance instructions of all machinery and equipment at the factory have been prepared. According to the approved orders, the work order system was started by planning the machine table. Time study according to the output of each machine, Then, capacity requirements planning was made and all workstations (Rotation, blowing, injection, metal, plasticis) were transferred to Backlog analysis separately. I manage product design processes together with the technical draftsman for drawing 20 molds (aluminum molds) for the production of playgrounds. I use autocad program for cnc laser cutting and bending of metal platforms in playgrounds. I present my monthly capacity report, annual report, machine efficiency report and development reports to the management.

If I summarize my work in the position of Business and Product Development specialist of Rengarenk Mobilya Factory which is operating on an area of 20.000 m2; I am responsible for the production, planning, project, procurement, quality and R & D processes of the factory, as well as for the process of improving the products that are designed for the productions of the children furniture. The position in which I am present is equivalent to the position of production manager in terms of the principles of authority and responsibility. Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) work in this process, by analyzing hole plans of wooden components i saved from extra holes and furniture accessories. Wood Cut templates are reduced from %10 to %4 waste, technical specifications for paint standards are prepared, i change the thickness for drawers from 18mm to 12mm, this improvement was achieved by saving 18000$ in 40,000 drawers per year.Capacity requirement planning was done for Wood CNC machines, edge banding machines and hole drilling machines .The cost analysis of the furniture room products are calculated by me; general production cost and overheads are calculated separately for each part of the factory. In order to strengthen the sales and marketing network on a dealer basis, the "Butterfly" bedroom furniture, whose design belongs to me, was produced. The quality specifications of each children furniture set for the quality control department have been determined by me.Since the production of sofa sets at the factory, the working conditions of powder coating and metal skeletons have been improved. I change the thickness of the drawer bottom panel from 8mm chipboard to 5mm mdf, thanks to this improvement, both the strength has been increased and an annual saving of 20.000$ per year has been achieved. A scientific article about both its strength and elasticity has been written by me.

I worked in DIYOR Forest Products Furniture company as a Production Planning Officer. Due to the 1-year period I have won promotion by the Company Management Team so I have made transition from Production Planning Officer position to Export Sales Manager. After the new transition I have completed in very short time as two months 3 Saudi Arabia hotel projects. I was responsible of issues as drawing projects, design, purchasing, costing and creation of the production process. Shortly I have established major projects in Nigeria, Bahrain, Turkmenistan and Saudi Arabia. These projects content produce and sale furniture, doors, kitchens, chairs, beds and marble. I worked in all areas of furniture production and design concepts so ı was doing all the calculations about the projects. I was responsible of all of the details in this process in abroad trade legislation as invoice, bill of lading instructions, Packing List, incentives and tax return documents.

If I summarize my work in the position of Production Planning Specialist of Diyor Orman Ürünleri Factory which is operating on an area of 30.000 m2; I had several responsibilities in this part of my job as the below; make the planning of the furniture, create a production report, prepare the cutting lists, draw hole charts with AutoCAD and convert them to a suitable format to be machined on a CNC machine, establish the necessary demand for buying through the project by Netsis program, do the cost analysis, material requirements planning (MRP) as well as the construction, produce a kind of technical solutions to overcome the unsolvable machine breakdowns. I help, friends from sales department about foreign languages issues. Especially ı was helping them in interviews with Arab customers which ı was promoting our products specifications to the customers by participating international exhibitions . I had set up "Label System" in Production Planning Department which minimized a long processing time and we got 80% increase in efficiencyIMOS furniture has become one of the world's best CAD \ CAM Furniture Production Program which ı integrated this program with Netsis and we got 12% decreasing in manufacturing and procurement process errors.

Şirketin TSE belgesini alması için gerekli dokümanları hazırladım; Makine ekipman listesi, yıllık bakım planı, malzeme raf sistemi formu ve benzeri belgeler.Fabrikanın günlük kapı üretim kapasitesi 120 adet iken bu rakamı 500 adet kapıya yükseltmek için Autocad programı aracılığı ile Otomasyon endeksli yeni üretim hatları çizerek İmalathanenin içindeki makinelerin Tesis Yerleşim Planını yeniden tasarladım; Öne sürdüğüm Proje kabul buldu ve onu hayata geçirmek için şuan çalışmalarımızı başlatmış vaziyetteyiz.Gelen yahut gelecek hasarlı ürünlerin tarafımızdan bakımının yapılabilmesi için İmalathanenin içinde bir Bakım Onarım odası yaptırdım, mukavemet değerlerini göz önünde bulundurarak bir raf sistemi tesis ettim, bakım işleminin yürütülmesi için gereken tüm teçhizatları malzeme adı, malzeme kodu, raf numarası ve miktarına bağlı olarak rafların üzerine tasnif ettim. Üretilen pervazların ve kasaların üzerine çekilecek 0.2 mm et kalınlığındaki folyonun iyice yapışmadığına dair bir tespitte bulundum, bunun üzerine tutkalın yapışma katsayısından ve yoğunluğundan yola çıkarak üretim tekniklerimize uygun tutkalın alımını sağladım. Keza satın alınan kapı serenleri eğri bir şekilde üretime geliyordu, bu da üretilen kapı kanatlarının dönmesine yol açıyordu, lakin yaptığım küçük çaplı bir kalite kontrol çalışmasından sonra serenlerimizin düzgün bir şekilde üretime girmesi için serenlerimizi artık Rusya’dan tedarik etme kararı verdik.

Furniture manufactoring activities has been carried out in our factory which ı began in my work for the first 2 months as a head of the production. Due to the new establishment of the factory ı did some adjusments in the mill placement to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in production systems on an area 50.000 m2 with 20.000 m2 covered area. I have completed technical drawing of the accessories tank with using Auto CAD program and construction for manegment of indirect materials and accessories which is held in the plant for future use. Our company has been working in largest residential projects forfurniture production of Iraq. I was analyzing this great project considering the production of plant capasity. So ı took the part of planning production systems. I planned the material requirements as a part of project needs with computer aid and checked the production flow line to ensure orders to get right materials with right amount in proper timing. During the two months in the factory with active deployments ı did managment and engineering for production. Here in my responsibility was to undertake transport, storage and follow the distribution process of modular furniture workpieces and determine work measurment tools also determine the time of machine care furthermore ı was responsible of training skilled workers based on job descriptions, and make studies to quality control of finished production process products. After few configurations on many systems of confectionary compomnents it was hard or rathertire some to keep workinging in this huge factoryas a production manager and production engeneering so ı left the production manager position to anotherone and made a transition to production planning deparment which this section of the work was the much unprogressive part.
