Evaluating the CVs, proposing candidates tothe Client, arrange assessment to the inspector with the Client andarranging visits, care about the outcomes from this visit, Reporting,following performing offices and Inspectors, finally, Invoicing andsubmitting the report. Handling up to 350 Man Days on one Month.Report the NCRs and working for closing them. also with local vendorinspection same practice following.

ORPIC – Liwa Plastic WWVI• Handling 4 Projects on this Big project with value Exceed 4 M USD, WWVIfor EPC1, EPC2, EPC3, & EPC4 also Site inspection for all these EPCsreached to 25 Engineers on Site for inspection and 120 Man Days perMonth for world Wide Vendor Inspection . Dealing with the Client andProject Mangers, reporting and Invoicing. Also dealing with customer andour engineers on their site, met all the project requirements.• Develop / Review / Implement Quality Control Documents; QualityManuals, Quality Plans, Procedures, Method Statements, Inspection andTest Plans.• Preparing/review/approval of Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans,Procedures and Method Statements for self performed work, subcontractors,suppliers.• Review/approval of Welding Procedure Specifications, ProcedureQualification Records andWelder Qualifications for sub-contractors.• Responsible for overseeing all QA/QC activities of EPCs Contractors andliaising with the inspectors at site and world wide vendor locations.• Interpret Project specifications, Applicable International codes andstandards to ensure these requirements are included in those documentsand are implemented during project execution. Approve/ Review WPS,PQR, and QC Dossiers; Witness and Approve the Welder qualification testsand Welding Procedure Qualification as applicable.• Audit of EPC Contractors Quality Systems.• Review and Approve project material certification.• Supervise EPC contractor QC personnel.• Supervise /Witness/ Approve field Inspection activities of EPCContractors and Third Party Inspection agencies like NDE & Hydro test.•Collecting factual QC data, preparing and presenting monthly reports toManagement.• Liaison with Project Team, Client and Owners representatives, subcontractors,suppliers and vendors.Develop and maintain required quality documentation for handover toclient in accordance with contract requirements.
