• HLP is the department how is responsible in all the Legal things that will be Responsible on prepare draft of contracts between the executing agency (DRC) and the owner of the collective center or building that occupied by the IDPs• Developing project plans and updates on periodical intervals. • Responsible on singing the agreement between the DRC and the Owner and the IDPs . • Management team as well as the follow-up work on a daily basis and attend meetings and discuss the administrative and technical matters with other members of the management team in Shelter and Wash programs • Responsible on follow up projects site for two Shelter and Wash programs and check for any legal things with the DRC • Prepare all the permission from the government department that the programs need just like (water and electricity) stuff.• Prepared time schedule for each project and update it weekly and follow each site and the HLP team how is responsible on it
