Virology Scientist and Researcher with 10+ years of experience in food and environmental virology/microbiology, and Interdisciplinary biomedical sciences. Earned my MSc from Alexandria University-Egypt and Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota.My MSc research focused on Food and Industrial Microbiology. My Ph.D. research focused on Food Virology and Nonthermal Plasma Technology.
