1- Reviewing Customer requirements and making sure they aremet.2-Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety.3- Making sure that production processes meet national andinternational Standards.4- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentationprocedures.5- Working with purchasing department to establish qualityrequirementfrom external suppliers.6-Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data andproducingstatistical reports7- Working with warehouse team to improve the storing systemandwarehousing methods to ensure that the storage conditions aresuitablefor different Raw materials.8- Managing and following up quality staff and productionworkersengaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure highproductivity andhigh technical integrity.9- Reviewing and evaluating the data generated by differentdepartmentsand accordingly approveor reject materials.10-Monitor the daily work activities.11- Supervising technical team is carrying out the tests andchecks.12- Review all tests and inspections perform by third party.13- Furnishing labs and buying a necessary equipment andinstruments forQuality Labs (Chemical, physical, Microbiological and Sensory).14- Cooperate with all departments to solve all the problems toreach thehigh-quality products.15- Check the shelf life for raw materials, intermediates andfinishedproducts in collaboration with Warehouse.16- Checking and testing modified products ensure that there isno changein product specifications.17- Implementation of all quality and food safety systems inpreparation tobe certified.18- Making a calibration plane for all lab devices.19- Preparing Monthly report (production problems, customercomplaintsrejected finished products, rejected raw materials).20- Following up the unapproved stock of Raw materials andfinishedproducts and ensure theapproval in the right time.21- Ensuring that all the raw materials are confirmed to thecompanyspecifications.22- Ensuring the implementation of the manufacturing standards&procedures.23- Participate in investigation of the customer complaints andfollowingthe corrective action.24- Involved in the investigation of the problems that occur duringproduction and affect the final product and work to resolve themand takecorrective action to prevent recurrence againthrough daily operations meeting.25- Measuring the KPIs of the QC Department and work toimprove it.
