 Manage the GTM project & SAP system implementation and insure the safe handover of the sales automation across the whole channels, providing the proper sales structure & challenging commission scheme and link it with the right integration system to apply it on the HH.

 Ensure that the very talented development sales team continues to produce high quality systems that meet the needs of the business. Coordinate with the IT Representatives and Developers to translate the needs and the requirements of the sales into software enhancement for existing systems. Ensure effective utilization of resources to develop and implement a new policy processing system.

My main responsibilities is to: Execute the sales objectives through effective leadership and maximum utilization of the franchis’s sales team.  Manage the Presell Delivery system and in market execution for SIPCO operations & distribution by leading the appropriate sales, delivery and merchandising systems required for customer service & profitable market execution.
