I was part of a three-member team that successfully completed a Lean project. Our objective was to identify, develop, and implement a Lean inventory and supply system across multiple hospital service lines. This process streamlined order fulfillment: 1-Reduced discrepancies, and enhanced accuracy by consolidating procurement paths, standardizing ordering through Lawson software. 2-Implementing electronic inventory recording Instead of paper documentation. 3- Redesigned the basement layout to optimize storage space, improve accessibility, and reduce clutter, pulse adding more space to new departments within the basement storage unit.
