Mep Projects Manager
Current• Managing and implementing the full MEP project lifecycle, from development through to commissioning & handover, within budget and schedule constraints. • Handling of projects related to HVAC, firefighting, electrical and plumbing related works including all statutory and regulatory clearances. • Lead energy, sewage treatment and desalination projects, and coordinate with internal service providers and external stakeholders.• Establish project goals, objectives, and priorities, and communicate these to the project team and stakeholders.• Ensure adherence to international and local standards, codes of practice, and company policies and procedures.• Develop detailed engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and project budgets.• Monitor project progress and modify plans to mitigate risks and solve problems.• Establish and manage relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.• Ensure project compliance with contractual obligations, quality and safety requirements, and financial performance targets.
