Coordinate with other Organization teams and Organization Logistics teams for development and execution of Operation & Logistics plan. To interact with the clients to enhance cordial relations and understand the operational gaps if any, in the service deliverable.

•Managing the entire inventory in the warehouse. •To ensure all the warehouse activities are running smoothly•Managing all incoming and outgoing transaction and also the related documentation.•To attend & sort out all the queries of customer.•To book the shipments of walk in cash customers as well as account customers.•To make all the daily & monthly reports related to operations.•Ability to act as acting Lead in operation.•Managing Warehouse & Stock Maintenance.•Handling the accounts query for invoicing and billing.•Ensuring proper and safe transport of goods, selecting mode of transport.•Responsible for all commercial transactions at the warehouse, related documentation and system updation.•Follow ups with transporters and vendor’s for material.•Maintaining the all data information.•Training of new team members.

•Monitor implementation of the logistics activity processes in coordination with circle teams and provide feedback on the same to related logistics teams.•Coordinate with other Organization teams and Organization Logistics teams for development and execution of Sales & Distribution Logistics plan•Planning for Deliver the material on time.•Allotted Space For Fast Moving, Heavy & light Goods, Location Master, staking as per Sku`s norms, FIFO LIFO, BIN Card Updation•Helping & updating to customer.•Follow ups with transporters and vendor’s for material.•Providing timely MIS to the Regional Office / HO in the predetermined formats.•Ensuring proper and safe transport of goods, selecting mode of transport.•Supporting to my team with help of on time communication.To interact with the customer to enhance cordial relations and understand the operational gaps if any, in the service deliverables.
