Collaborating with all levels of management with decisiveness and flexibility, with strong attention towards work and modifying existing trades with new trades to develop best results, planned and supervised TVET research and development activities with excellent communication skills that took JICA Project further to next level at the KP region. With addition to the above mentioned skills I have also accomplish to complete the following at JICA,1. Development of TLM’s for both Machinist and Electrician Trades2. Installation of equipment for both Machinist and Electrician trades.3. Training of teacher in Machinist and Electrician trades on new TLM’s and equipment’s.
