- Technical Lead of the Special Missions group primarily supporting an advanced tactical program; Instrumental in guiding program narrative and justifying use-cases for various government customers directly impacting program funding and securing sales (total sale volume >$40 million)- Developed a custom algorithm using a novel detection methodology for a significant technical challenge posed by program priorities which has enabled new ways to evaluate vehicle capability and mission effectiveness; software solution became an exportable product to other groups in NGC. Developed a custom vehicle behavior model, threat scenario, and additional software tools to run DoE (design of experiments) and market results to additional customers/stakeholders.- Presented to government customers/stakeholders in Milestone Meetings as technical lead to secure initial sales for prototypes (tails 1-7) and regularly interfaced with them to identify new opportunities for additional sales across other government orgs. Provided critical technical consult for VP during M&A meetings to acquire relevant technologies from startups and other companies in industry (valued >$5million).- Developed a threat-laydown vignette in AFSIM for Scenario 2.2 in collaboration with the MDC (Model -Development Center) Scenario Development team to be used by several programs across the SA&S (Systems Analysis & Simulation) organization. Participated in an Agile development environment and regularly contributed to sprint reviews; became a POC for development of advanced vehicle behaviors.

- Supported Racehorse ATP Radar build through EMD/LRIP1/LRIP2 phases, improving yield targets (+10%) and interfaced with all manufacturing processes within the cell and next-higher subsystems. Identified a drawing flaw that had implications across multiple cells of the factory (halted production deliveries) and all previously delivered components. - Led/advised several RCCA/MRB/DoE efforts to tackle issues that spanned all processes within the cell (plating chemistry, drill/rout, metrology, microsection) that often led to Drawing RNs and increased deliveries (>$500k). Substituted as Lead QE in the cell on several occasions (awarded BRAVO in recognition of providing significant off-shift support)- Led a CI effort to reduce a top detractor by >80% YTD and exceeded the cell’s annual 10% SRR cost reduction goal- Developed a MATLAB-based analysis tool to standardize a data collection methodology to present in weekly/biweekly meetings with cell/program management (awarded BRAVO in recognition of this effort)

- Created a structural analysis/design tool for the TRIUMPH Aerospace Group using a Python-based framework to improve upon the existing Excel-based SPANDSET structural sizing tool (improved runtime averages by up to ~30%). Developed GUI functionalities and co-wrote structural analysis routines for spar and rib sizing/spacing.

- Led the Manufacturing/Cost Analysis Division of NASA MADCAT project responsible for creating SEER-H/SEER-MFG manufacturing models to serve as a basis for determining viability of the technology in commercial spaces.- Presented analyses of the designs to the NASA project board that validated an injection-molded “volumetric pixel” manufacturing approach compared to existing composite structures.
