Developed a custom vehicle behavior model, threat scenario, and additional software tools to run DoE (design of experiments) and market results to additional customers/stakeholders.- Presented to government customers/stakeholders in Milestone Meetings as technical lead to secure initial sales for prototypes (tails 1-7) and regularly interfaced with them to identify new opportunities for additional sales across other government orgs. Mission Assurance Engineer (Fqe)Northrop Grumman Mar 2021 - Jul 2022Falls Church, Va, Us- Supported Racehorse ATP Radar build through EMD/LRIP1/LRIP2 phases, improving yield targets (+10%) and interfaced with all manufacturing processes within the cell and next-higher subsystems. Identified a drawing flaw that had implications across multiple cells of the factory (halted production deliveries) and all previously delivered components. - Led/advised several RCCA/MRB/DoE efforts to tackle issues that spanned all processes within the cell (plating chemistry, drill/rout, metrology, microsection) that often led to Drawing RNs and increased deliveries (>$500k). Substituted as Lead QE in the cell on several occasions (awarded BRAVO in recognition of providing significant off-shift support)- Led a CI effort to reduce a top detractor by >80% YTD and exceeded the cell’s annual 10% SRR cost reduction goal- Developed a MATLAB-based analysis tool to standardize a data collection methodology to present in weekly/biweekly meetings with cell/program management (awarded BRAVO in recognition of this effort) -
