🔲OVERVIEW🔲R2IPP is a 2060MW Combined Cycle Power Plant, which comprises of three 686.5MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) blocks ( 2 GT, 2 HRSG and 1 ST in each block).GT Model : Siemens GT6-5000FST Model : Siemens ST6-5000 HI-LGenerator Model : Siemens Gen6-1000A🔲JOB RESPONSIBILITIES🔲🔘 Monitor and control plant performance to ensure efficient operation and minimize downtime.🔘 Perform start-ups and shutdowns of plant equipment, including boilers, turbines, generators and other auxiliary equipments.🔘 Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field by collaborating with the Shift Charge Engineer and other plant personnel as necessary.🔘 Conduct routine inspections to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.🔘 Collaborate with other departments to address any issues that arose.

🔲OVERVIEW🔲Ras al Khair Power Plant is a 3400MW Combined Cycle Power Plant, which comprises of five 600MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) blocks ( 2 GT, 2 HRSG and 1 ST in each block) and two 220MW Single Cycle Gas Turbines (SCGT) units.GT Model : Siemens GT6-5000FST Model : Siemens ST6-4000HRSG Model : Siemens CC6-5000FGenerator Model : Siemens Gen6-1000A🔲JOB RESPONSIBILITIES🔲🔘 Ensured the readiness of turbines, boilers, generators and other auxiliary equipments so that they meet peak load demands and to optimise the plant availability and efficiency.🔘 I was responsible for providing technical direction and on-the-job training to the Field Operators of SEPCO3 and SWCC (Owner Company).🔘 Actively took part in all the isolations, LOTO procedures and recoveries before or after a Unit Startup/Shutdown respectively.🔘 Ensured the Plant Safety by supervising the on-field inspections and operations conducted by the Field Operators and by troubleshooting the anomalies and hazardous situations found at site.🔘 Handled the PTW's and liased with the maintenance department for any maintenance activity that would take place.🔘 Conveyed operating information to the Shift Supervisor and DCS operator in the Central Control Room (CCR) and coordinated the plant and system operational requirements accordingly.
