I have gained extensive practical expertise in projects planning and execution, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as proficient inventory management. Additionally, I acquired and applied techniques such as condition monitoring to optimise operational efficiency.My involvement in numerous projects, including the installation of bypass steam lines, raw water and RO water lines, was primarily geared towards reducing machine downtime and devising cost-effective solutions. As the sole mechanical operations in-charge in the finishing plant, I implemented root cause analysis methodologies to proactively address recurrent failures, resulting in significant reductions in downtime.Leveraging a combination of creativity and critical thinking, I consistently contributed valuable insights aimed at facilitating uninterrupted machine operations around the clock. Furthermore, my industrial experience has refined my managerial expertise, equipping me with proficiency in team coordination, inventory supervision, workforce management, and project execution.
