I am a BTech graduate in Food Technology from TKM Institute of Technology, Kollam, Kerala, India and I’m excited to start my journey in the food technology industry. My studies have given me a strong foundation in food science, quality assurance, and quality control, and I am keen to apply my knowledge in roles like QA/QC.Currently, I am working as a Quality Controller Fresh Produce Executive at Swiggy Ltd, Kochi, Kerala, India where I ensure that fresh produce meets the highest standards of quality and safety. This role has allowed me to put my academic learning into practice, refining my skills in analytical thinking, sensory evaluation, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.During my academic tenure, I was part of a five-member team that developed an innovative packaging product, which led to us securing a patent registered under the Government of India Patent Registry. This experience not only enhanced my problem-solving skills but also gave me valuable insights into the process of bringing an idea to life.Throughout my education, I engaged in projects that helped me develop practical, hands-on experience in assessing and improving product quality, always with a focus on safety. I am driven by a passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in food technology and I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and maintain high standards.As I move forward in my career, I am eager to contribute to a progressive organisation that values innovation, integrity, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the food industry.
