JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:The Buyer / Inside Sales, Coordinate the Sourcing price and procurement of spare parts and services for Production oil & gas company, onshore/offshore drilling rigs in the most cost effective and timely manner, ensuring price, quality and delivery is consistent with Company standards.Detail Description:•Receives (inquiry) requests for bid quotations from Customers •Work closely with Marketing admin related with bid requirements•Sourcing prices in… Show more JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:The Buyer / Inside Sales, Coordinate the Sourcing price and procurement of spare parts and services for Production oil & gas company, onshore/offshore drilling rigs in the most cost effective and timely manner, ensuring price, quality and delivery is consistent with Company standards.Detail Description:•Receives (inquiry) requests for bid quotations from Customers •Work closely with Marketing admin related with bid requirements•Sourcing prices in locally, regional or/and Globally•Work closely with Buyer Global Support related with Global sourcing (if needed).•Uses a Glovia, GIV, SAP, email and Internet to retrieve information product, stock status information.•Perform Bid evaluation and Award the selected Suppliers by using Excel Spread sheet and sending to Manager for approval.•Create Purchase Order to awarded Supplier•Keep good relationship with Vendors and monitor their performances•Track and monitor good receipt•Control all procurement activities of goods to support field operations in timely manner, meet the right specifications, and regulations and company policy compliance•Follows up on open Purchase Order by checking computer runs on SAP and emails for delivery information. Works closely with expeditor regarding deliveries of scheduled shipments.•Coordinates with Expeditor related of Open Purchase Order and delivery status.•Maintains files of all closed documents (Inquiry, PR, Quotation and PO).•Maintain daily or Weekly Report of Job Status.
