Managing operation team to :• Creating a supply (numbers of drivers) at the beginning of company operations, either through online or offline activation• keep the supply (number of drivers) growing and keep drivers engagement so that driver retention is maintained• prepare an onboarding system both walk-in onboarding and mobile onboarding• maintain a balance between supply and demand so that driver income is maintained• increase driver utility to an optimum point• maintain booking convension rate (completed orders) to an optimum point
